色钉菇属（学名：Chroogomphus，/kroʊ.əˈɡɒmfəs/）是牛肝菌目铆钉菇科的一个属，俗称松树尖刺（pine-spikes）和尖刺帽（spike-caps）。本属物种常与松属树木形成外菌根（英语：Ectomycorrhiza）^[4]，广泛分布于北半球，包括北美洲、加勒比地区、欧洲和亚洲。^[5]

分类编辑

色钉菇属虽属于牛肝菌目，但形态上多为伞菌（英语：Agaric）^[6]，与同科的铆钉菇属外形相似，主要差别是铆钉菇属物种蕈伞中的菌髓与初生蕈褶均为白色，本属蕈伞的蕈髓则为橘黄色、初生蕈褶为淡橘色至赭黄色；另外本属蕈髓经梅泽试剂检验呈阳性，铆钉菇属则呈阴性或似糊精反应（dextrinoid）^[7]。

本属学名取自两个古希腊文词汇，分别是χρω-（chroo-）和γομφος（gomphos），前者意为“皮肤”或“颜色”，后者意为大型的楔状铆钉^[8]。1948年，洛夫·辛格首次发表描述了此类真菌，为铆钉菇属下的一个亚属，1964年，美国真菌学家小奥森·K·米勒（英语：Orson K. Miller Jr.）将该亚属独立为新属^[9]。2018年，一篇分子种系发生学研究以核糖体DNA转录间隔区（英语：Internal transcribed spacer）（ITS）分析铆钉菇科类群的亲缘关系，显示色钉菇属为一单系群，且铆钉菇属、乳牛肝菌属与须腹菌属类群组成的演化支为本属的姊妹群，并依结果将本属分为Chroogomphus、Siccigomphus与Floccigomphus三个亚属，而Chroogomphus亚属下又分为五个节^[7]。

生态编辑

本属物种传统上被认为与松树形成互利共生的外生菌根，但有研究显示包含本属在内的铆钉菇科物种其实是寄生菌根周围的其他种牛肝菌，其中本属物种可能是寄生乳牛肝菌属的真菌，且此类寄生关系有很高的物种专一性^[10]^[11]。本属物种也可能生长在其他类群的针叶树上，在北美洲西北太平洋沿岸，本属的绒红色钉菇（瑞典语：Chroogomphus tomentosus）（C. tomentosus）常生长于加州铁杉（英语：Tsuga heterophylla）和道格拉斯冷杉上，而欧洲的球盖色钉菇（瑞典语：Chroogomphus helveticus）（C. helveticus）也出现在针叶林的云杉上^[12]^[13]。

血红色钉菇 Chroogomphus rutilus (Schaeff.) O.K. Mill. (≡ Gomphidius rutilus (Schaeff.) S. Lundell)：广泛分布于欧洲的物种，长期被用来研究抗细菌药与其他潜在有用的次级代谢产物^[5]。本种的菌盖直径为10厘米，颜色为红褐色^[16]，菌褶呈棕橙色，而孢子则呈棕黑至棕黄色，菌柄呈棕黄色，并且呈倒锥形。菌髓呈橙色，但在咀嚼时会变成紫色^[17]。

酒色色钉菇（英语：Chroogomphus vinicolor） Chroogomphus vinicolor ：广泛分布于北美洲，其生态和外貌亦与血红色钉菇相似，不过后者外形较大。另外，两种真菌的菌盖颜色亦不同，顾名思义，紫红铆钉菇的颜色近紫红色，而血红色钉菇的颜色则近棕红色。要透过显微镜才能看见二者构造上的不同^[18]^[19]^[20]。

可食性编辑

血红色钉菇、褐黄铆钉菇和酒色色钉菇均为食用蕈，但并不被视为美食，因为它们既不具有独特的味道，亦没有异味。一位美食作家曾写道：

它们在干燥时是很棒的，有一个坚定的耐嚼质地，但几乎没有味道。这意味着你可以把它们放在任何菜色旁，而不用担心其味道盖过那些菜色——它们根本就没有味道！它们是一个优秀的伴碟，虽然，有点脆，像一个小橡胶，但仍然让人吃得非常愉快。用它们作为肉类的替代品，并加上番茄酱或泰式咖喱。你不会出错，因为它们根本就没有味道。^[20]
