马克·艾伦·鲁法洛（英语：Mark Alan Ruffalo，1967年11月22日—）是美国一位男演员，导演，制片人和编剧。出生于美国威斯康辛州密尔沃基附近的基诺沙。童年是在弗吉尼亚州的弗吉尼亚海滩度过，后来搬至加利福尼亚州圣迭戈，不久又定居洛杉矶。在2010年，马克·鲁法洛凭电影《孩子们都很好》获提名第83届奥斯卡金像奖最佳男配角，接下来又以《狐狸猎手》、《聚焦》和《可怜的东西》三度获提名该奖。
