《迪克·克拉克的跨年搖滾夜》（英語：Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve）是ABC播出的一檔年度電視特別節目，於每年的跨年夜播出。節目主要在紐約市時報廣場錄製，現場直播許多流行歌手的演出，並播出時代廣場球一年一度的降球儀式。

2012年，節目由西克雷斯特（左）與克拉克（右）共同主持。這是克拉克去世之前最後一次主持本節目。

節目的創始人是迪克·克拉克。克拉克曾構想製作一檔偏向年輕人口味的跨年節目以競爭蓋伊·隆巴德的老牌大樂團跨年節目，以此理念製作出了本節目。節目的前兩集於1973年和1974年在NBC播出，分別由三狗之夜樂隊和喬治·卡林主持，克拉克在節目中承擔時代廣場記者的工作。1994年後，節目開始由ABC播出，而克拉克也正式成為了節目的主持。

隨着蓋伊·隆巴德的逝世及其跨年節目的衰退，《跨年搖滾夜》逐漸流行開來，成為流行文化的重要一環，甚至促使克拉克本人出席其他節目模仿自己在節目中的言行。至今，《跨年搖滾夜》已成為美國主要電視網絡中收視率最高的跨年特別節目。2012年，節目最高錄得2260萬收視家庭收視人數，成為尼爾森統計的史上最高收視率之一。[1]

克拉克從1974年到2004年一直主持本節目。然而，在2004年12月，克拉克因中風不得不暫時停止主持節目，其2005年的主持工作由雷吉斯·菲爾賓暫代。克拉克於2006年再次回歸節目主持，但由於中風引起的發音問題，他開始和瑞安·西克雷斯特共同主持節目。2007年，菲姬加入主持隊伍，負責荷里活片段的主持。2011年，珍妮·麥卡錫也加入了時代廣場的主持。2012年4月18日克拉克去世後，節目由西克雷斯特、麥卡錫與菲姬共同主持至今。
