阿來司酮（INN：aglepristone；開發代號：RU-46534、RU-534），或譯安哥司酮，是一種與米非司酮相關的合成類甾體抗孕激素（英語：Antiprogestogen），由維克（英語：Virbac）在幾個歐洲國家銷售，用作獸藥。^[1]^[2]^[3]它專門用作妊娠動物的墮胎藥（英語：Abortifacient）。^[1]^[3]^[4]阿來司酮也具有一些抗糖皮質激素（英語：Antiglucocorticoid）活性。^[5]^[6]
