白血球介素-15（英語：Interleukin 15，縮寫IL-15）是一種由人類基因 IL15 編碼的蛋白質，是與白血球介素-2（IL-2）結構類似的炎症細胞因子，其受體與IL-2受體共用三個亞基中的β亞基和γ亞基^[5]^:713。
