Oct4
Oct4(八聚体结合转录因子4, octamer-binding transcription factor 4),亦称为POU5F1(第五类POU结构域转录因子1),是一种蛋白质,在人体中由POU5F1基因编码[6]。Oct4是一种具有与POU结构域同源的结构域的转录因子。Oct4对未分化的胚胎干细胞的自我更新与干性维持至关重要[7]。也正因如此,有时Oct4会被用来作标记未分化细胞的分子标记。Oct4的过表达或低表达都会造成细胞的分化,因此Oct4只在特定的表达强度下才能维持细胞的干性[8]。
