磷酸甘油酸脫氫酶

磷酸甘油酸脫氫酶(英語:phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase,EC 1.1.1.95 (頁面存檔備份,存於網際網路檔案館)),是一種以NAD+或NADP+為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下兩種酶促反應:

- 3-磷酸化-D-甘油酸 + NAD+ 3-磷酸羥基丙酮酸 + NADH + H+
- 2-羥基戊二酸 + NAD+ α-酮戊二酸 + NADH + H+
在大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli)中,磷酸甘油酸脫氫酶參與催化絲氨酸生物合成的磷酸絲氨酸途徑中的第一步,[1]上述可逆反應主要逆向進行。磷酸甘油酸脫氫酶可被絲氨酸或甘氨酸抑制。這種酶很不尋常,因為它還能像D-2-羥基戊二酸脫氫酶和L-2-羥基戊二酸脫氫酶一樣還原α-酮戊二酸,其中,D型底物更適合磷酸甘油酸脫氫酶。[2]
