細胞色素 P450 27C1（英語：Cytochrome P450 27C1，縮寫CYP27C1）是細胞色素P450超家族的一員，由CYP27C1基因編碼，是定位於許多不同組織粒線體內膜的單加氧酶^[3]^[4]。CYP27C1在體內的主要功能是將視黃醇（維生素A1）轉化為維生素A2^[5]，此外還能催化多種反應，如膽固醇、甾體激素的合成與代謝^[6]。
