夏帕特

夏帕特（波斯语：شربت），为起源自伊朗的水果饮品[1][2][3]，同时它也在土耳其、南亚、高加索和巴尔干半岛地区也广受普罗大众的喜爱。夏帕特通常使用水果或者花瓣制作[4]，是一种经过冰镇的甜苏打饮料。
除此之外，夏帕特在波黑、阿拉伯世界、阿富汗、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡、孟加拉和印度的家庭中亦极为常见，穆斯林们普遍于斋戒月的禁食期间里食用夏帕特[5]。
