剧情简介 编辑

《护法为民》的故事场景设定在被誉为“美国法庭之母”的美国纽约南区联邦地区法院，描述了一群刚刚踏入检察官或辩护人职业的律师新鲜人们如何面对发生在这个法庭上有着全美最高曝光与最高风险的案件，以及工作对他们私生活的影响。

在试播集里，博德内·欧特福德（英语：Britne Oldford）饰演珊德拉·布兰克（贝尔），林登·史密斯（英语：Lyndon Smith）饰演艾莉森·安德森。但是，这两个角色和其他女角色都被重新设定。[3] 在重拍的时候，布丽特妮·罗伯森[4]和雅斯曼·萨沃伊·布朗[5]分别取代了博德内·欧特福德和林登·史密斯，并且已经参与到第二集的拍摄。该剧在2017年9月中旬宣布暂时停拍，以便在本年余下的时间里对剧本进行调整，好让布丽特妮·罗伯森和雅斯曼·萨沃伊·布朗的角色融入剧情中。[6]
