坚决行动联合特遣队，全称为坚定决心行动联合特遣部队（英语：Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve，缩写：CJTF-OIR），是一支由美军和联军组成的部队，投入在伊拉克与叙利亚的对伊斯兰国战斗中[8][9]。当前特遣队的名称“坚定决心”，是由美国国防部命名的。
