伊必那班

伊必那班(英語:Ibipinabant;開發代號:SLV319、BMS-646,256) 是一種用於科學研究的藥物,可作為強效和高選擇性的大麻素受體1(CB1)拮抗劑。[1]它對動物有強烈的厭食作用,[2]並被研究用於治療肥胖症,CB1拮抗劑作為一類藥物由於利莫那班出現的問題而不再受青睞,因此伊比那班現在僅用於實驗室研究,特別是對新型CB1拮抗劑的構效關係研究。[3][4][5]SLV330是伊必那班的結構類似物,據報道其在與記憶、認知以及成癮行為調節相關的動物模型中具有活性。[6][7]已報道了伊必那班的原子效率合成。[8]
