奇幻猫头鹰小屋

《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》（英语：The Owl House）是一部美国的奇幻电视动画剧集，由达娜·泰瑞斯创作，于2020年1月10日在迪士尼频道首播[2][6][7]。由于迪士尼高层认为本剧不符合迪士尼作品的风格，因而第三季成为最后一季，于2023年4月8日完结[8][9][10]。《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》的动画制作、剧情演进等多种面向，受到影评、观众的高度赞誉，在2021年获得皮博迪奖的儿少节目奖项。而且和其他迪士尼节目相比，本剧因描写LGBTQ+内容而显得突出，也是第一部以同性情侣为主角的迪士尼节目。

故事概要 编辑

露丝是一位来自美国康乃狄克州的青少年女孩，原本要被母亲送去夏令营；结果她无意间走进一扇魔界通道门，来到了一个充满魔法、由死去的泰坦神变成的群岛“怪奇魔界”（Boiling Isles）[1]。在那里，她结识一位人称“猫头鹰夫人”的叛逆女巫伊丹，和她的恶魔室友魔王。虽然露丝没有任何魔法能力，但她一直想成为一个出色的女巫；因此露丝决定成为伊丹的学徒，学习魔法并在这个新世界安顿下来[11][12]。

主角群在第一季末跟霸罗斯大帝（Emperor Belos）和他的手下对决后，第二季中，伊丹成功面对她的诅咒，并与一位旧识瑞恩再次相遇，一起对抗霸罗斯；魔王则发现关于自己过去的真相。露丝也在大家的帮助下，摸索回家的办法[13][14]。第二季末，收集者（The Collector）被魔王解除封印而获释，以阻止霸罗斯在“大一统纪念日”的魔法阴谋。收集者在击败霸罗斯后，用强大魔法将怪奇魔界改造成“猫头鹰小屋”，以方便跟魔王一起玩乐；在魔王协助下，露丝及时通过霸罗斯所建造、即将崩塌的通道门，离开怪奇魔界；露丝连同几位同时逃出的同伴（雅蜜蒂、薇乐、贾斯、杭特），一起回家[15]。

在第三季里，露丝与家人重逢并在康乃狄克州生活几个月后，变成怪物的霸罗斯重建了通道门，露丝带着妈妈以及同伴回到怪奇魔界[16]。露丝解救霸王与伊丹，收集者在他们的开导下一起合作对抗霸罗斯；霸罗斯附身于泰坦遗骸，被击败并彻底消灭。四年后，露丝从家乡重返怪奇魔界就学；由于她15岁生日时没参加过拉丁裔成年礼（Quinceañera），岛上的居民替她办了一场盛大的宴会，迎接她的到来[17]。

达娜·泰瑞斯曾经是《神秘小镇大冒险》的一位分镜插画家，也曾担任《新唐老鸭俱乐部（英语：DuckTales (2017 TV series)）》的导演[30]；2016年底，她开始构思关于一个“女孩学习成为女巫”的故事[31]。在参与《新唐老鸭俱乐部（英语：DuckTales (2017 TV series)）》制作期间，泰瑞斯并不满足于现状，因此她翻阅自己大学时期的资料，找到艺术家耶罗尼米斯·波希和雷梅迪奥斯·瓦罗（英语：Remedios Varo）的作品；相关构想也曾投稿去卡通频道、尼克儿童频道，结果不受采纳[32]。于是，她要创作一个具强烈超现实视觉元素的迪士尼节目[33][34][35]。

2018年，达娜·泰瑞斯为迪士尼电视动画公司制作此剧的消息公开[11]；她也因此成为第四位在迪士尼主持制作节目的女性[30]。该系列最初预定在2019年上映，但推迟到2020年才正式发布[11][36]。泰瑞斯后来在受访中说，在迪士尼制作这部作品是很偶然的；如果在其他地方制作，这部作品就不会是现在的样貌。而且一集设为11分钟而不是22分钟，也是让这部作品成功的原因[37]。

达娜·泰瑞斯说，本剧结构受描绘耶罗尼米斯·波希作品的故事书影响，创作时最难的部分，是决定要不要加进传说元素[34]。她也提到，本剧故事有七成原创，编剧们也加入一些他们从书上看到的巫术、咒语以及角色名字，让故事变得更立体；宝可梦系列也对本剧制作有很大影响[33]。伊丹是最早创造出来的角色，泰瑞斯说：“其原型来自养育我长大的女性：阿姨、祖母、还有母亲，‘猫头鹰夫人’都有他们的影子。”[33]第二个创造出来的角色是魔王，“一个想要成大事的小家伙”，泰瑞斯自己对此很有共鸣[1]。露丝是最后诞生的主角，形象来自她从前的室友，也是时任顾问、故事总监露丝·巴蒂斯特（Luz Batiste）[33]。巴蒂斯特同意让名字给作品的女主角使用，条件是此女主角是多米尼加裔美国人，泰瑞斯同意；露丝的个性，参考自剧组人员自身的中学经历创作[31][38]。艾力克斯·赫希（英语：Alex Hirsch）是泰瑞斯的男友，曾主持制作另一迪士尼动画剧《神秘小镇大冒险》，在本剧担任分镜师、创意顾问等职位[33]。有些主题是关于独特性与从众行为，来自泰瑞斯的求学经历；她曾因为喜欢画路上被撞死的动物被嘲笑，结果转学后，遇到其他同样有不同个性的人。剧中还有个情境是，主角追求一个近乎不可能的梦想，这也来自泰瑞斯自己的经历；人们告诉泰瑞斯无法成为一位动画师，结果她最后还是成功达到这个目标[35]。据赫希透露，迪士尼公司对惊悚元素的部分表达担忧，不愿承担因此带来的风险；不过赫希认为“迪士尼的作品向来充斥各类情感、生物和可怕的东西”，还是决定加进去。[33]泰瑞斯透露，迪士尼让她发挥的程度，比原本预期的还多。她也想发挥更多惊悚元素，因为小时候就喜欢有点被吓到的感觉，不过她也想平衡它跟喜剧、真诚等其他元素；而剧中魔法是特地用来巩固感性故事的一个框架[31]。本来这部作品会更黑暗，因为泰瑞斯想让作品面对更大年龄层的观众，“古怪、黑暗的东西可以共存”。但是制作第一季的时候，还是按照迪士尼高层的意愿做出让步、把这部分淡化，不过她对最后结果很满意。第二季会更接近原本的规划[39]。

本剧的动画制作交由三家韩国的动画公司完成[40]，动画风格参考耶罗尼米斯·波希、雷梅迪奥斯·瓦罗（英语：Remedios Varo）、约翰·鲍尔的画作以及俄罗斯建筑[41]。2019年12月，有120人参与本剧制作，包括在动画办公室、以及50个前置工作的员工[42]。第一季的动画总监是史宾赛·万（Spencer Wan），迪士尼原本不想让这部作品由一位自雇动画师来做，不过最后还是雇用他。第二季的时候则由科菲·菲雅戈梅（Kofi Fiagome）继任[43]；泰瑞斯也做出其中几个场景的动画草稿[44]。瑞奇·科梅塔（Ricky Cometa）担任本剧的艺术总监；他跟这部作品的第一次接触，是在泰瑞斯还在制作试播集的时候。泰瑞斯去找科梅塔，因为她是科梅塔的粉丝和朋友，她说：“我很想跟我中意、而且我知道他的风格的人一起工作，他还能做出我想呈现出来的怪东西。”科梅塔对这计划有兴趣，就同意了。他想呈现“魔界”、“凡界”的二元性，并避免让剧中的怪物太可怕，认为角色应该呈现正常面貌。泰瑞斯觉得露丝的设计很有挑战性，试着不要看起来太老或者太像一套服装。科梅塔最后让露丝穿上一件T恤，表现得低调而且致敬他们自己这群“呆子”；他也觉得设计出那些“恶魔版本”的主要地点很有趣[31]。动画师们进一步改变一些要素，让地球和怪奇魔界有所差异，比如让海水变成紫色[45]。2019年7月19日，泰瑞斯宣布TJ·希尔（TJ Hill）为本剧制作配乐。2020年1月10日，希尔表示自己在配乐加入一些有趣、实验性的声音效果，这样让他乐在其中[46]。第二季时，由曾担任《神秘小镇大冒险》和《公主闯天关》作曲家的布拉德·布里克（Brad Breeck）接任谱曲工作[4]。2020年3月，迪士尼电视动画公司的办公室因应COVID-19疫情关闭，制作团队因此不得不在家制作第二季[47][48]。2019年6月10日，本剧的预告片在安锡国际动画影展亮相，第二天在迪士尼的YouTube频道上释出[6][41]；片头曲则在2019年7月19日的圣地亚哥国际漫画展上公开[49]。之后剧中预览以及片尾曲在2019年10月4日公开。第二季片头曲在2021年5月17日公布[18]，预告片则是在2021年6月3日[50]。2020年8月29日，第19集、同时是第一季的最后一集上映[51]。在第一季上映前的2019年11月21日，本剧获得第二季续订[52][53]。第一季全集在2020年10月30日于美国的Disney+平台上线[54]。

第二季上映前的2021年5月17日，获得第三季续订，内容是三篇各44分钟的特辑[18]。再次续订的集数远比前两季（一、二十集）来得少；后来达娜·泰瑞斯回应粉丝问题的时候，证实这将会是最后一季[53][55]。当在推特上被问及未来发展时，泰瑞斯表示她考虑用其他方式继续本剧故事[53][56][57]。方案包括漫画、以伊丹为主角的限定剧（limited series）或者其他外传作品；她同时表示，第三季的特辑将为主要剧情收尾，建议粉丝去跟迪士尼要求制作更多关于本剧的内容[58][59]。在2021年10月的一次r/IAmA（英语：r/IAmA）问答里，泰瑞斯表示本剧被缩短的原因不是因为美国电视分级制度或者COVID-19疫情；而是因为，迪士尼作决策者认为此剧不适合这个品牌。她解释，更多是由于本剧的连贯性以及观众群年纪更大的缘故，而不是LGBTQ+内容导致的。另外由于疫情，预算缩减、可制作集数变少，泰瑞斯也因此无法制作第四季；不过她认为，假使以后决策者改变，那么本剧在未来就还有发展的可能[8][60] 。2023年3月10日，泰瑞斯宣布《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》已全部制作完成，而且她已经离开迪士尼。最后一集《怪奇魔界的救星》在2023年4月8日首播[10]；在完结当日她也表示，本剧不排除在未来能继续制作[61]。

在台湾，本剧的国语配音，是由梁兴昌领班的“晶赞制作”来负责录制[20][62]。第一季于台湾迪士尼频道在2020年7月16日首播[63]，第一季的最后一集《姐妹情深》在2021年2月15日播出[64]；第二季在2021年10月17日首播[65][66]，第二季第9集《日月无光湖》在2021年12月12日播出[67]。台湾迪士尼频道在2022年1月1日停止营运[68]。随着Disney+串流平台于2021年11月12日在台湾推出，第一季也可以在这个平台上收看，不过全三季则迟至2023年5月17日才上线[69][70]。而香港的粤语配音版本，由“数码动音”负责制作，由黎家希担任导演、李凯琳负责翻译；中国大陆配音则委由“意妍堂”的北京分部制作[注 2]。

《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》有几个角色是LGBTQ+，由于露丝和雅蜜蒂之间的关系发展而受到肯定[71][72]。

在第一季第15集《友情修复记》里，薇乐（Willow）的双亲都是男性[73]。达娜·泰瑞斯曾表示自己是双性恋；她想要制作一个双性恋的角色，之后得到迪士尼高层的强力支持[74]。2020年7月7日，泰瑞斯回应一位粉丝时，就暗示了这种内容的存在。该粉丝在推特上发一张来自即将播出的《心惊惊武会》截图；图中雅蜜蒂把双手放在主角露丝肩上，并凝视着她。贴文评论，雅蜜蒂的行为不能用异性恋的方式来解释；而泰瑞斯同意这个论点[75]。同年8月8日，该集播出[76]，其中露丝和雅蜜蒂一起跳舞，边共舞边同时施咒以击败“武会怪”（Grom），一个能体现最深恐惧的怪物[77]。动画总监史宾赛·万用“一件同性恋的事”来形容这一幕，他也是第一次做这种剧情[78]。翌月在Reddit的r/IAmA（英语：r/IAmA）问答中，泰瑞斯宣布雅蜜蒂是女同性恋，而露丝是双性恋[79]。这一对女孩是迪士尼动画第二次出现的LGBTQ+角色（第一次是《神秘小镇大冒险》的布拉警长、德兰副警长）；而且这也是第一次明确设定如此，而不是暗示[80][81]。

根据统计，2021年6月13日在美国，《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》在其所有上线的串流平台，在一周内都跃升为排名第八的热门节目；根据JustWatch平台的统计，在2022年10月10日一周之内，串流平台的观看总次数排行，本剧排名第六[103][104]。

《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》广受好评。常识媒体的艾米丽·阿什比（Emily Ashby）将这部剧评为4星（满分5星），表示该剧将不同元素放在一起，使它变得古怪而讨喜；她也评论道：“这个节目会让你想和家中大孩子、青少年一起看，这样就有机会在这些主题出现时，讨论它们。”[105]有评论家也称赞其独特视觉效果和配音，并认为由于演员的多元性，使各角色在一个魔法世界里很独特，又能互相完美融合[106]。戴夫·特朗波（Dave Trumbore）在Collider给第一集四颗星，评价其故事有黑暗色彩，但又接近黑色喜剧[107]。GLAAD在推特发文：“我们非常高兴迪士尼频道新的动画系列《奇幻猫头鹰小屋》纳入LGBTQ+剧情，透过这些角色的呈现，描绘了一个包容、公平、正确且适合这个年龄儿童观赏的世界。”[108]

奇幻猫头鹰小屋曾有轻小说预定将于2022年5月发行[134][135]，后来由于出版商和制作此小说的制作群之间发生财务纠纷，计划被取消[136]。2023年4月15日，泰瑞斯除提及未来可能有续作之外，她也表示有些新的其他个人计划，不过还没确定什么时候要完成[137]。
