沃尔皮杯最佳女演员奖（意大利语：Coppa Volpi per la miglior interpretazione femminile）是由威尼斯电影节颁发的一座奖项。奖项由影展评审团颁发，以表彰在正式竞赛单元电影中有杰出表现的女性演员。它为了纪念影展创办人米苏拉塔爵士朱塞佩·沃尔皮而命名[1]。第1届于1932年举办，获奖者是主演《战地情天》的海伦·海丝，这是奖项唯一一次由大众投票选出得奖者[2]:247,350, 356, 360-363。影展从1942至1945年因第二次世界大战而停办。1968年5月的学生运动展开了一段制度上的变化，所以从1969至1979年的典礼并没有授奖[2][3][4]。

奖项的官方名字曾被更改几次。1934年，凯瑟琳·赫本以出演《小妇人》获得国家法西斯协会娱乐最佳女主角伟大金奖[5]。隔年，奖项更名为沃尔皮杯最佳女演员奖[4]。奖项从1947年至1949年再度更名为国际最佳女主角奖。最佳女演员奖于1983年重新颁发，而达琳·莱卓提姆斯以《小约瑟的故事》成为首位黑人女性获得此奖[6]。1992年，英格丽·褒曼在死后以《一九五一年的欧洲》追授获奖，电影曾因她的声音从瑞典语配成意大利语而被1952年的评审团否决[7][8]。1993年至1995年间，曾设立最佳女配角奖[2]。1996年，《小孤星》的薇朵儿·希维索以四岁的年纪成为最年轻的获奖者[3][9]。

自创立以来，共有67位女演员获得过这一奖项。只有其中四位获奖超过一次，分别是雪莉·麦克雷恩、伊莎贝尔·于佩尔、瓦莱莉·高利诺和凯特·布兰切特，他们均两次获奖。贝蒂·戴维斯于1937年以《艳窟泪痕》和《艳窟啼痕》获奖，是唯一一位同年以不同角色获奖的女演员。1988年，奖项由不同电影的不同演员得到，分别是《女人韵事》的于佩尔和《琴韵动我心》麦克雷恩共享。1989年的《她早走了》和1995年的《冷酷祭典》有多位演员获得该奖。最近一届的奖项胜出者是因《塔尔》而获奖的凯特·布兰切特。
