副作用 编辑

吸入剂的常见副作用有呼吸道感染、头痛和喉咙发炎。[1]严重的副作用有感染、白内障、库兴氏症候群和过敏性休克的风险提升。[1]长期服用锭剂可能会导致肾上腺功能不全。[4]锭剂也可能导致情绪或性格上的改变。[4]个体在怀孕期间使用吸入剂通常被认为对于胎儿属于安全。[10]

在吸入后偶尔可能会引起咳嗽。于舌头和喉咙上发生的沉积物可能会促进口腔念珠菌症发生，呈白色层状，引发不适感觉。[11][12][13]通常使用吸入剂后用水漱口可防止此情况发生。其他不常见副作用有：感觉闻到类似燃烧塑胶的气味或难闻的味道、声音沙哑或鼻塞、疼痛或头痛，以及视力变化。可能会发生过敏反应，但甚少见。

贝克每松主要是一种糖皮质素。[1]糖皮质素是种类固醇，会与几乎每个脊椎动物细胞中都有的糖皮质素受体[15]结合。活化的糖皮质素受体-糖皮质素复合物会上调细胞核中抗发炎蛋白的表达（此过程称为转录激活（英语：transrepression）），并透过阻止其他转录因子从胞质溶胶转移到细胞核来抑制胞质溶胶中促发炎蛋白的表达（转录阻遏（英语：transrepression））。[16]

糖皮质素是人体免疫系统回馈机制中的一部分，可将免疫功能的某些方面（例如发炎）降低。

禁忌症 编辑

使用贝克每松偶尔会发生反常性支气管痉挛（Paradoxical bronchospasm），有呼吸道感染的患者，使用时须予注意。[17]

交互作用 编辑

贝克每松是皮质类固醇药物，它的吸入剂成分是CYP3A4（细胞色素P450 3A4酶）的基质，可能会与利托那韦（一种抗反转录病毒药物）产生交互作用而导致类固醇累积、肾上腺功能不全及库兴氏症候群。[17]

二丙酸倍氯米松（Beclometasone dipropionate）是经修改的国际非专有药名（INN），而二丙酸倍氯米松（beclomethasone dipropionate）是美国通用名（英语：United States Adopted Name）（USAN）和以前的英国官方名称（英语：British Approved Name）（BAN）。二丙酸倍氯米松是游离形式贝克每松 (INN) 的前体药物，此前体药物在挪威和俄罗斯销售。[18][19][20][21][22]
