2024年世界一级方程式锦标赛
2024年国际汽联世界一级方程式锦标赛（英语：2024 FIA Formula One World Championship）为一级方程式赛车的第75届世界锦标赛赛事，这是由国际赛车运动主管组织国际汽车联合会所主办的最高级别开轮式赛车赛事。本季锦标赛在24场大奖赛中展开角逐，这些大奖赛在世界各地举行，赛事于2月开始并在11月完成。[1]车手及车队将分别争夺车手世界冠军和车队世界冠军的头衔，马克斯·维斯塔潘是卫冕车手冠军，他所属的车队红牛车队为卫冕车队冠军。[2][3]

按照规则，所有车队都必须使用倍耐力提供的轮胎进行比赛。[4] 每支车队必须至少派出两名车手，规定两辆车各派一名。[5]

- 阿尔法·罗密欧结束了与索伯的合作关系，于2023年底离开了一级方程式。索伯将在2026年成为奥迪车队。[27][28] 2024赛季，该车队更名为StakeF1车队Kick索伯﹙Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber﹚，其制造商名称为Kick-索伯（Kick Sauber）。[29][30]
- 阿尔法托利车队队名发生了变化，以AlphaTauri-RB的占位符名称出现在参赛名单上，1月24日，宣布实际名称为Visa Cash AppRB F1车队﹙Italy Visa Cash App RB F1 Team﹚[19][31]。在管理层重组中，该车队的空气动力学测试场地转移到了英国的米尔顿凯恩斯。[32][33]

- 法拉利车队于4月24日开始和美国科技巨头惠普公司签署多年合约，成为其新的冠名合作伙伴，车队名称也改为“惠普法拉利车队”；并于5月4日在美国举行的迈阿密大奖赛期间贴上其标志在SF-24车身和赛车服上，此冠名合约也涉猎车队的F1青训项目和电竞项目。同时惠普公司还将向法拉利车队提供电脑、打印机和任何电脑软硬件服务。

车手变更 编辑
- 与2023赛季初签约的车手相比，唯一的变化是丹尼尔·里卡多，他从2023年匈牙利大奖赛开始取代尼克·德弗里斯进入前阿尔法托利车队车队。这意味着2023赛季最后一轮比赛的所有车手和车队组合将在2024赛季开始时保持不变，这是世界一级方程式锦标赛历史上的第一次。[38][39]

本届一级方程式锦标赛预计举办24站大奖赛赛事，为这项运动历史上赛事最多、时间最长的一个赛季。[53] 其中会在中国大奖赛、迈阿密大奖赛、奥地利大奖赛、美国大奖赛、巴西大奖赛和卡塔尔大奖赛中举办冲刺赛。[54]

- 由于2019冠状病毒病疫情而连续四年取消的中国大奖赛将自2019年以来首次回归赛历。[53]
- 上赛季因洪水灾害被取消的艾米利亚-罗马涅大奖赛将于本赛季再次举行。[53]
- 根据合同，俄罗斯大奖赛将出现在2024年的赛程中。然而，因俄罗斯入侵乌克兰原因，俄罗斯大奖赛的办赛合同于2022年终止。[55]

技术规则修改 编辑
- 为应对与2023年卡塔尔大奖赛相似的极端天气导致赛车座舱过热情况，车队可在赛车上安装为车手及座舱区域降温的勺型设备。[56][57]
- 根据2020年以来的车队平均排名，预算帽上限进行了一定调整。平均排名在后四位的车队（哈斯车队、RBF1车队、索伯车队及威廉姆斯车队）的预算帽上限由4500万美元被提高至6500万美元。平均排名中游的车队（迈凯伦车队、阿斯顿·马丁车队及阿尔品车队）的预算帽上限被调整为5800万美元。而红牛车队、梅赛德斯AMG车队及法拉利车队的预算帽上限被调整至5100万美元。[60]
- 本赛季起，车队可使用2022款赛车为年轻车手提供测试，但赛车所使用的部件必须为官方测试或正赛中使用过的部件，以防止车队借由旧款赛车测试时机为现款赛车提供测试，造成不当获利情况。[60]
- 赛车防滚架的负载测试要求相比上赛季更加严格，以防止车手出现意外情况。
- 每位车手全赛季可使用的动力单元数量将于本赛季和下赛季由3套增加至4套。如使用第5套及以上动力单元，车手将遭到罚退处罚。[62]
比赛用胎修改 编辑
- 原定在本赛季试行，2025赛季全面实行的禁用轮胎加热毯计划被废除。[66]
- 原定于在上赛季后半测试的新版轮毂盖暂将在本赛季逐渐进行测试。[67]
体育规则修改 编辑
- 针对赛事判罚的上诉提交时间将由原本的做出判罚决定后14天缩短至做出判罚决定后4天，同时国际汽联还将收取上诉审查费用，以阻止潜在的无意义上诉尝试。如车队上诉成功或国际汽联认定赛会裁决有不公平因素，上诉审查费用将退回车队。[68]
- 根据国际汽联的《国际运动守则》，赛会干事可处以的最高罚款金额由此前的25万欧元提升至100万欧元。[60]
- 含有冲刺赛的比赛周末结构进行调整，以使冲刺比赛时间更加合理且不影响比赛周末的进行。调整后的冲刺周末比赛结构如下︰[69]
- 周五：1节自由练习赛、冲刺排位赛（决定冲刺赛发车顺位）。
- 周六：冲刺赛正赛、大奖赛排位赛（决定正赛发车顺位）。
- 周日：大奖赛正赛。
- 车队可拥有两次拍摄日活动，总里程限制由此前的100公里提升至每个拍摄日200公里，但每自然日仅可进行一次拍摄日活动。[60]
- 针对车手离开赛道范围而得益，标准判罚将由5秒增加为10秒。这是因为车手不当超车赚取的时间往往多于5秒，过往的5秒判罚不足以影响比赛结果。

如出现同分状况时，将根据车手获得的分站冠军数量决定最终的排行榜名次；分站冠军数量仍然相同时将比较车手取得的最高排名数量。正赛最快圈速的额外积分（1分）必须在车手完赛成绩在前10名时才可授予。[73] 冲刺赛将在其中六场比赛进行，车手将通过周六进行100公里的比赛取得该部分额外积分。比赛若因红旗而终止且完赛里程达到及超过75%时，车手可获得全额积分。若赛事完赛里程未超过总里程的75%，积分将根据完赛里程比例状况进行分配。
