2010年10月30日，蕾哈娜在紐約的《週六夜現場》演唱《萬中選一》和《呼喊我的名（英語：What's My Name? (Rihanna song)）》的個人版本[61][62]。隔天，她飛去倫敦在《X音素》演唱這首歌曲[63]。蕾哈娜的舞者在她演唱時用蛋糕和奶油玩食物大戰，節目的製作人在宣佈周次淘汰結果前只有一分鐘清潔舞台[64]。11月7日，她在馬德里的MTV歐洲音樂大獎演唱這首歌曲，她穿着受到「童話」影響的整套服裝並走過背對陽光的一組花朵[65]。兩天後，蕾哈娜穿着粉色花卉比基尼、靴子和綁着紅辮子在《X音素》意大利版本演唱《萬中選一》[66]。隔天，她飛去法國在《格蘭德脫口騷》演唱這首歌曲時整身覆蓋白氣球[67]。
